Scott Doney

Scott Doney grew up in Tauranga, New Zealand and played collegiately at Marshall University, The University at Buffalo and Midwestern State University. During 2017 he earned All-American honors, All-region first-team honors, Lonestar Conference first-team honors and multiple Lonestar conference player of the week honors as a forward. Scott plays semi-professionally at Grand Rapids FC and is the current all-time leader in appearances and goals scored.

Doney graduated from the University of Buffalo with a B.A in Psychology and will graduate from Aquinas College in May 2020 with a Masters in Management.

Scott has been coaching for multiple years in both New Zealand and the United States and currently holds a USSF National D license.
